84 RX-7 in THis months Du Pont Registry

Low and behold. I was skimming through the May Issue of Du Pont Registry and on about page 30 there was a 1984 RX-7 with 62,000 miles. $9,400.00 Situated in the middle of a bunch of Ferrari's and Porsche's.

Is this a first. Has anyone else seen a first Gen in the Du Pont.

The dealer's website is

That car HAS sat there forever. Every couple of days, they list it on Ebay, and it never seems to get bid up to $5000 even.

You *think*? Geez... I hope that was a typo, or that you just didn't visit the link in the 2nd post, because even my g/f can identify 1st, 2nd and 3rd gen Rx7s! With over 500 posts here, I'm betting that it must have been a typo!

Ah, just a whole big bunch of miscommunication! :P

True... if you had a 3rd gen for 10g, it probably would need some repair money and work... If you bought a 1st gen for 10g, *you* probably need some psychiatric repair work.... then again, if you're rich, and you're buying a 1st gen that has never been driven in the rain, but has been driven every summer only enough to keep it in mint shape.... you'd be a lucky bugger.
