84 gsl, no start..
I bought my car about 2 months ago, that was the last time i drove it. Did an oil change on it today. After, i went to start it and it would crank but not turn on. After about 10 minutes, i tried again and this time it would not even crank. Only the radio and dash light came on. I tried jumping it but same thing, anyone have any ideas?
It's all stock..

To verify your battery, remove the terminals and hook up your jumper cables directly to your terminal cables you just removed. Check your fuseable links and dash fuse too.

Man I have a similar problem with my '84 GSL.
I have to crank and crank to get it to start, but my problem, the best I can figure it, is if the car sits for any length of time, is the the feul is draining out of the carb when the car sits for to long.
I have to put jumper cables on to start it or the battery will go dead.
So there is another possiblity
good luck

Could be your alternator, also check all of your grounds. I dont think most people realize how vital a good ground it. If your ground to your battery is shot, try bypassing it with your jumper cable to try and pinpoint your problem. CHECK YOUR GROUNDS!

All good ideas above. But I'd also suggest looking at the mother of all no-start threads in the FAQ section. It's very helpful.
Try what's in there. If it doesn't work, let us know and we'll suggest some other things to try.
