84/85 rotor question...

ok, i know i asked some similar a few weeks ago. but for some reason i cant find it. but heres my question,

84/85 spindles are different from 81-83 they are fatter and wont fit the 81-83 wheel bearings.

so you need 84/85 rotors with the inner, outer and bearing seal..... BUT when we ordered some rotors today at a foreign auto supply i told them 84/85 and all they had was 79-85.... so i just ordered them. whats up with that.. will that be a problem?

The rotors are the same for 79-83, and the other group is 84-85. which accepts a larger out bearing.

Check out Mazdatrix site when validating years/parts.

yea i did check mazda trix but the part numbers are totaly different form the store i went to. they only rotors they carried were for 79-85... and i even explained to the guy. they changes spindles in 84 so they cant be 79-85.

but when looking for the parts he did put in 84 rx7 so im hoping those rotors work and bearings work.

Honestly, I would find another parts store. Taking the wrong parts home is a pain....

If time allows I buy quite a few parts from www.discountautoparts.com

Low shipping cost and no sales tax.
