83 main instument panel into a 80

I have a good instument panel from a 83 that i would like to swap into my 80. I found a link about doing this awhile back but i cant find it for my life! If anyone knows that link or knows whats all involved let me know. I know some of the warning lights wont be connected because they are only on the 83... i remember reading that much lol. Any help would be appretiated.

why do you want an 83? 79's are perfect matches.

Exactly. I cant tell when im doing the usual 100+ mph. I like the voltage meter on the 81+ cars and i like the oil pressure meter. Hope it swaps in easily. It was hell getting the 83 gauge out.

I tried the swap on my 79... the plucgs on the back don't match up. Sorry. Unless you have a lot of wiring desire, it's not worth the swap.

If you want a guage cluster that goes to 130mph, I'll sell mine.
