Change of plans but running......

Well I decided to to replace the stock turbo for a Garrett GT67, I will also be using e85 instead of gas, Got her running about a month ago and should be on the dyno soon.....

I have a quetion how much will a setup like that cost.I have a 84 gsl and put on a gsl-se suspension on it,i like where your going with this.thank's if you replay..

Im using a greedy manual boost controller, Cost? thats a trick question, I did all the work myself from engine building to exhaust and so on, I should be playing at the track in a couple of weeks...

I aggree with Manny, I'm running low 12's in an my all motor 12a, so this car should have no problems getting into the 11's. The only thing that you may have problems with is the stock rearend. If you use slicks, kiss the axles/ring and pinion goodbye. Looks really good.

with that turbo you should have no problem running 14's .

Thanks manny, Just been trying to get my money right, its a little hard these days but things are looking better now, car is basiclly the same besides being a little more rusty, tito is a busy man with a few cars before he gets to mine. Old r100 was sold as a roller years ago to some guys in chicago and my old power plant is in marios full chassie r100 back in CA, I seen videos of the car, he doesnt seem to have the same power when I had it in my car or maybe the boost is still set low....

i hear that mang after the new house and all my honey doo list i had no time or cashflow to play with the car , i think the last time i was out was when u saw it at pomona but its time to start pissing people of again and iam really good at that , ima be renting out a couple of tracks this year and i hope some of our west coat rotor heads show up or at least bench race since thats what they do the most also get a couple of grudge match races goin on just to bring some revenew for the pay out and the next races you know , give back to the racers like they use to do , i dont wana have any pro teams or factory backed up guys at all , keep it grass roots
