At what temp should it run ? With a infrared temp gun at the radiator it's at 179drg.

Someone can correct me if i'm wrong here, but I would consider about 230 degrees to be my upper limit to shut it down. And anything 180-200 degrees would be a good operating temp.

Yeah 180 is right about where it should be. On a hot day with a/c running i'll get close to 200.
