i got my SA awhile back. but just now got it to start.again. but curious.. on the firewall, by the washer fluid... that bottle there.. whats to be in there.? and what use is that.? its empty as of now.. but anyways..whats to be in there.?? thanks.. im new with this SA stuff.. ehehe.. im more of a fc. but im learning.. thanks..

That is your sub-zero assist fluid reservoir. Basically a 90/10 mix of antifreeze and water, it's injected into the carb to help the motor start in sub-zero temperatures. Most people don't bother with it, I've never needed it to start my car in extreme cold.
seeing that it is a 79, you shoudl remove that along with all your emissions, now that it is 25 yrs old emissions should be exempt. I have a 79 as well as an 85. I know what I am doing with emissions stuff, so trust me, start gutting it all.
