ok, turns out i had a dead lead igniter. then i tried another and it was dead so i was beginning to think the dizzy was the culprit so we tried the trailing igniter and boom badda bing. and guess what, my car pulls past 5.5k!!!!!!!!! horay for me!!!!!! now mike thinks i'm going to keep revving it to redline and blow it up. not without my mmo in the tank and the damn alternator belt squealing lik a banshee.
