6port porting question

I was just on RBs site looking for porting templates they sell every thing but what i need from what i can tell. What is different about the exhaust port from a 4 port to a six port13b, i figured the exhaust would be the same just the intake ports were changed. Another question does any body sell a SP temp for a 6port?

You know, I was thinking about this the other day. I have read that when shops port a 6 port that they fill 5 & 6 so you just have a 4 port. Don't flame me it is just what I read. I was thinking, what about just porting 4 of the ports and leaving 5 & 6 alone. Just clean those up and go with it.

Don't mean to highjack, but it is on the same subject and I hated to start another thread that was disscusing the same thing.

Yes I have seen this and its basicaly a monster port they grind out the center between the ports and fill in the water jackets.

Ok all I really wanted to do was open up the 5&6 ports a bit and SP the exhuast aren't 4 and 6port exhuast ports the same, i would think they are.

86-92 nonturbo have a diffuser in the exhaust port, it is very difficult to remove.
You can port each of the six intake ports.

I read this on the Mazdatrix web site!
There is a lot of info about porting there.
