6 port

does anybody has ported a 6port and use a carburator.the question is because i been told that 6port are good for turbos and fuel ingection and not for carburators.so anyone knows about this.

I think you'll find that's not the case. Alot of people on this board are running 6 ports with carburation.

I'm not sure of the "good for turbos" part as turbo rotarys are 4 port.

so thats means that you can port it and get a good result or what do you think of changing the side housing to 4 port.so i understand that you cant port much out of 6ports

Mine are open too.

You can port the heck out of a 6 port to the point that it is a 4 port! An open 6 port has alot of open area to begin with.
