5 cyl rx7 ??????????

I was browsing ebay and came accross this guy selling a 82 rx7 with what he calls a "unique 5 cyl rotary engine" I am assuming that this guy is stupid and doesn't know **** about rotaries, am i wrong was there some special rotary engine?

looks like he's just dumb.. unless he put a Volvo or Audi engine in it.

i sent an email asking him to explain what a 'unique 5 cyl rotary was'. i'll post the reply here if i get one. hmmm... it oughta be fast, it's got one more rotor than a 787B

Intressting idea.. a volvo 5 cyl turbo in a 1st gen.. .... ....

no.. I'll stick with the one and only engine for the Rx..

I think an Acura Vigor comes with a 5 cyl as well...

How do you get spark plugs for that or a 3 cyl? Being that plugs some in packs of 4, 6, or 8.

You could by 10 plugs and be set for 2 changes And thanks Rotorhead for clearing that up.

that is if you buy 5 packs of 2 plugs each. I love rotaries but a 5 cyl turbo Volvo engine would be mighty sweet magnus
