4x114.3

Whats the easiest way to get a 4x114.3 bolt pattern on to my 82 fb?
Will a simple brake rotor change do this?
What about the rear wheels?

Ok this is what is needed,

Yu will need the WHOLE strut assembly off of a 84/85 GSLSE,loosen it from the lower arm,Take the 4 bolts off the top of the strut..ONLY THE 4 SMALL BOLTS NOT THE BIG NUT!!Or the spring will come out and hit you.Take the outter tierod out of the strut assembly.

Take the brake line loose, then pry on the lower arm and it should be out,Make sure you dont jack the car up on the lower arm,put it somewhere else.

Then since you have a 82,You will need to change your brake booster and master cylinder to have the correct braking pressure.

Now on the rear end, since you have a 82 they use a driffrent flange on the rear end to drive shaft mount.

You can use yoru tranny but you will need a 84/85 drive shaft and the GSLSE rear end.

Other things needed,GSLSE rubber brake hoses,GSLSE emergency brake cable..

If I left anything out, just add it

While you're doing it go ahead and put stainless steal brake lines on it. I got mine from the Rx-7 Store, but you can get 'em from MAZDA TRIX, RACING BEAT, AND VICTORIA BRITISH all for about the same price.

hey abeomid - I remember you saying you colored in your car in photoshop.... just curious as to what filters/way of painting it you used... I tried using just the paint brush tool with the setting on "soft light" and "hard light" after selecting only the body panels with the magic wand, but it still kills too many of the body features...
