Ok not sure what year the engine is I didn't get to look at it real close. I just came back from fetching stuff from my uncles garage, and all i can say is holy **** i picked up a FULL truck load and havent made a dent in the pile. I picked up 6+ starters, alts, fuel, oil, heater lines, ac units and lines. full set of spare stock rims, a frunt and rear suspention. and 2 rears, one full and other punkin have 3 or 4 sets of flip ups oil coolers a full cat back exhaust, many heat shields a set of storage bin frames, brake and clutch cyls, drive shafts 3 7's and 1 280z, stearing boxes, and boxes i didnt even look in yet.

Now as for stuff thats left 3 tranis, hoods windows, 2 frunt clips, 8.8 ford rear, more ac units and heaters, discs, lock sets, light motors, wireing harnesses, and stuff i haven't even unpiled yet.

P.S. let me know if theres any thing your looking for stock replacement parts.

Ok I picked up a few more things to add to the bank of parts for the car an 84? trani ( i was told they have the highest 5th gear?). I also got some sweet interier parts for the car leather door panels and leather seats.
But to the point, What is my best option with the parts I currantly have to get a decent powered reliable car or should I wate till I have more cash and go from there I'd really like to get this car at least running and passed inspection by fall.
I have the 13B its 6pt and EGI I think, but im not sure the year but it ran when it was put on the engine stand.

A bunch of stuff but I really gotta figure out what im going to use befor I sell to much. You name it i probably have it if it fits on a fb. I have a full set of stock rims look pretty good. The aliminum four spoke ones. flip up lights since i plan on going solid mounts Clutch fans , at least one rear maybe 2 , heater unit maybe have to see i think thers 2 or 3 not sure yet, have some body panels the lower frunt plastic that keeps water from splashing up it scratched a bit but no cracks red, a hood maybe have to see what shape its in,steering wheels, steering boxes non power. a 280 z drive shaft, a starter or 2 have to see what condition they are in i have 8 at the moment. the majority of 2 frunt clips and there a bunch of stuff i haven't even seen yet

capri93,
The 85 tranny has a taller 5th gear than an 84... slightly, for better highway cruising fuel enonomy

He's not sure he just said it has the higher top gears so it must be an 85.
Im going to high jack my own thread, given the huge amount of parts and the limited budget i can come up with 500- 600 pretty easy any thing more is a strain on the wallet what are my best options?
