4port 13B manifold?
Would the racing beat 4port 13B lower carb manifold bolt onto a 4port TII?

nope. the bolt patterns are different from the old 4port. you will either get the right intake manifold or get an adapter plate (but from what I hear, hardly anyone sells new adapter plate)
