the carb is the same , but most of the internals need to be changed for it to work properly on a rotary. the bug uses 2 so the venturies, fuel jets, e-tubes, accelerator pump jet will be too small for the rotary since your only using one.

how would i go around to making it rotary worthy? is there a kit to buy? or would i be better off just buying one setup for a rotary already?

It's not a kit as such. You simply need to buy the correct parts so it will meet the tuning requirements of the rotary. Like 680 said you need new venturis, fuel and air jets, emulsion tubes, accelerator pump jet as well as the idle jets, idle jet holders and you can probably thrown in a bigger needle and seat as well. Exactly what you use will depend on your engine setup.
