1. Your best bet for the coasting valve is probably to remove it altogether. This will not affect your ability to pass emissions inspection, as long as all you remove is the "flap" inside the intake manifold (don't drop the screws down inside the motor!).

2. Do you mean the brackets that are welded onto the chassis? Not sure, but you may need to fabricate something.

3. You can get cheap parts from www.rockauto.com. The only problem is that they will rape you on shipment if different parts are coming from different sites (multiple shipping charges). Otherwise, just try someplace like Autozone.
