300$ 1985 GSL-SE Good deal?

I found a 1985 GSL-SE in my area and am thinking about buying it and using it for a parts car. I know I want to use the axle out of it because it has the LSD and the disc brakes, but other then that I don't need any of the other parts right now, so I don't know if this would be worth 300 dollars? I don't know much about the se model, don't they use most of the same parts? What do you think?

$300.00 Is great for a complete GSL-SE. Rear disc, 13b engine, all the options if you want to transfer them to another car. You can also sell parts off it to make your money back.

It's a great deal. Those parts are the most wanted ones out there. Most of the parts (excluding the EFI system) work with all other first gens. You could probably sell the stuff you don't need and have anything in case of an emergency.

I just spent 500$ on an 85 -SE so Im gonna have to say buy it! Interior/ exterior condition and color would also influence the value. A good color car with a good exterior or interior could easily make it worth 300$. I have already got more than my moneys worth out of my parts car and its still in good enough shape to be brought back to life as well.

Is the 13b EFI swap straight foward, I have never seen under the hood of se, I would think that it would be a electrical rats nest. What other sort of parts would have to be transfered over to do this correctly.
