3 gauge cluster

I've finally created a pic of the stereo bracket/cupholder unit with 3 gauge mounts instead of a cubbyhole (I posted this in another thread, but it was kind of off-topic)

n.b. - thanks to Alex for providing the 'gauges'

Nice job Manntis. Can we see a pic of it with the cupholder deployed? Also, what size are the gauges?

The gauge holes are to fit standard 52mm gauges.

Here's a pic of the cupholder deployed on the prototype (note the car is in 1st gear in this shot - no clearance probs... also note the prototype didn't have the stainless steel facia, so looks like the Black Hole of Calcutta)

Manntis: I know this is an old post but I really liked the way it looked, so I favorited it. Now I come back to it (months later) and pics won't come up...?

That's the problem with linking images to other webservers. The image no longer exists on Manntis' webserver.

The instructions were for the older, clunkier style (without the facia) and I was deluged with emails on 'how do I align this' and 'where can I buy that kind of metal in my neighborhood' so I decided to save the bandwidth for rotary info and gear girls. I know, I know, shallow of me...

Geez. I should have printed them out when I had the chance. I guess I'll be stuck with a big hole 'till the end of time

In the spirit of helping fellow rotorheads I've re-written it for you, and have added it to my 'how to' section:
