2nd gen alternator question
got the alt form a forum member a while back, when i put it on the car the volt meter jumped then dropped while i was driving (if i recall correctly, it was a long time ago since i threw it on there).
is there a resistor or something in the brown plastic piece? should that piece come off? or is the alt just bad?
