2nd 12a engine- almost outta life?

i recently pulled my 7 out for spring, replaced all the fluids and got her running great, then i had a problem of the engine only starting and running on 1 rotor, so i MMO'd the living **** out of it. and she started and ran on two rotors

now onto the problem. she just decided to act up again and doesnt want to accelerate very well and stumbles all the time and makes funny noises. at a stop you can rev her and she sounds pretty decide but while driving there is no power until the secondaries open up.

today i took it to kentetsu's house and had him drive it around and play with it alittle bit. but no change in preformance. he thinks the apex seal is somewhat damaged in the rear because some of the exhaust is coming back up out of the carb and what not and he had the same problem on his 7 before.
heres the thread for that.

so im wondering what everybody thinks, tomorrow i plan on doing compression checks and see where i stand.

to let everyone know, the carb was recently rebuilt, all vaccum lines are good, and the timing is good too
any help would be great
thanks

i did a compression test and i got ninety pounds in the front housing and barely 6o pounds in the rear housing. so i chatted with kentetsu and we agreed that the engine just needs to be pulled and torn down before it spits an apex seal on me and i wont have any useable parts anymore. so i pulled the engine in less then 3 hours and will tear it all the way down monday or tuesday. and determine wtf is the reason for poor compression in the rear housing

ive finsihed tearing down the engine. and the problem for the the lack of compression in the rear housing was the apex, it broke into peices when i pulled it all apart. all the internals and rotors are and excellent condition and will now be sold so i can upgrade engines to a 13b
