2500 rpm, it dies

Hey guys,
I am posting my problem again because i am still stumped on the cause.

My car idles good.
But when i press the gas slowly to 2500 RPM and release, the engine dies.
If i press the gas hard the engine does not die, but i can hear it wanting to
die at around that RPM, but it makes it past it.

The car has new fuel filter,
I checked the timing with a timing light, it's good.
I did the Fuel volume test and it passed.
I checked the Fusible links, and fuses. They are good.
The ignition coisl were 1.80 resistance.
It has new spark plugs and they fire.

What could be causing this?

I notice that when it dies, it doesn't start by just turning the key, i got
to pump the gas pedal and turn the key again.

This might be nothing but when it hits a bump it seemed to get worse. but it
might be just in my head.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
