J.O.- you feed us no info leaving us all to speculate what is happening. I worry you're gonna have to come back and tell us all, "Hey fellas, sorry, but I can't get the product retail price below $325 because of the tiny piece of pie everyone wants to take from it before it finally gets to your car." -Still a reasonable price? I dunno. Might've been had we not all heard you say 2something. It's business, and these things have a way of getting byond your control at some point. I think anyone understands, but just be honest and let us all know what's really happening. We're all big kids- we can handle it.

Sterling...it is definately going to be around the $325 mark because you know dont have to do ANY fabrication yourself, everything is included. When I said it would be around $200 that was for a bracket and some hardware and it was going to be sold by me and only me.

The kit is so much more now. It is a complete bolt in affair. You now no longer have to cut up your old steering box in order to make a bearing retainer...it is all supplied with the kit now with explicit instuction manual and FREE shipping.
All I can say it is so much better than even I anticipated it to be as a complete bolt in kit. You will see.

Thanx

Do you still have to drill holes into the frame?

You never did have to drill holes in the frame.
This system uses the factory Mazda RX7 holes which are already there.

Good news - cool! BTW - while all this has been going on, did CP Racing get a website up?

Now, how easy is this to do, seriously?

And if someone wanted to drop by CP racing (living only a few hours away it's a distinct possibility for me) and get them to do it, any idea on the labour charge? I'd almost rather have them install and set it up than do it myself. Hell, maybe I'll just wait until I have the money for RB Springs and sway bars and get them to do the whole thing

Yes. CP Racing's website is complete and I have access to it and have checked it thoroughly and I am quite impressed! Everyone else will have access to it as soon as the JO Rack kit is ready to be sold...so really soon.
Chris is coming over to my place tonite to finish up any loose ends before it is offered to the public.

Its all looking good guys!!

www.cpracing.ca - not authorized to view this page
www.cpracing.com - not the page I'm looking for

So what's the address for CP Racing?

They sell all of CP's stuff through their site. CP also sells a lot of stuff on eBay. As far as I understand CP doesn't have its own site yet.

Personally, I'm looking for the first independant person to install it and see how the process goes and how it performs. Hype and advertising aside, let's see this bad boy in action!

I'm in for at least one, and I'm not the restless type. All in good time, as I have 3 cars to do various tasks on.

Mmm sweet. So will I have to get the R+P aligned? I saw the price for a R+P alignment at nearly 240$ compared to the 40$ to get the front wheels aligned. Can't wait, this looks like a must have item.
