Looks great. I was planning doing a mini tub on my Drag 7 when I get around to it in 10 years. As was already stated don't forget to reinforce the spring tops. Stock the support is good to about 200 lb springs so if you plan on going that high in the rear make sure it's strong.

Very nice work, looks a lot like what I'm doing with mine If you feel like adding adjustable spring mounts its not too much extra work

There wasn't much left of my wheel wells, giant rust holes everywhere. I put in the 3 link a couple years ago when the upper control arms ripped out of the wheel wells, but now that I'm done with school I gotta fix it right. Plus I'll be able to fit huge tires in there after I put on the widebody kit

Suprised you guys are going through all that work to retain the stock suspension location. Just seems that since you're cutting everything out, you might as well put everything inboard and upgrade.

I thought about it, but it's not a good idea unless you just want to drag race or use a super stiff roll bar. The closer the springs and shocks are to the wheels the better they work in a corner. The upper control arms are what's really in the way for wider tires and I'm making a new adjustable watts link that mounts on the back of the rear end and an adjustable 3 link, so everything is getting upgraded.

its setup just like it is from factory. I just moved the tub in closer to the shock and squared off the tub so he could go with a bigger rim and higher profile tire.
