1985 rx7 gsl-se lack power acceleration

hi i have a 85 gsl se with 130k on it i got it recently where it sat for 5 years, it started up fairily easy has an oil leak at the cooler but i drive it an it lack power, i changed out the splugs with 13b 2nd gen spark plugs it ran a little better but when i pulled the plugs the second set of plugs(ones on the back side of block are fouled out, can you help me to resolve the masssive lack of power at this point its slower than a stock crx/civic thank 714 478 6722

You need to do a compression test first. Next, do a search to check the functionality of the 5tha and 6th port actuators (power falls off at about 5000 rpm if these are not working). Also, if it still has the stock cat things might be a little plugged up as well.

i change all tune items coils, fuel filter, cap and rotors , remove the acturators, i found that the rear rotors are not running as i remove the wires for the fromt rotors the motor would only crank but remove the rear and leave the front wiree it runs, compression test for rear rotor is 115/ 125psi thanks where do i go from here
