I have a set of 84 GS axle shafts and am looking for a big bearing disk brake rear. I also have a set of small spline GSL axle shafts with brake dust covers/bearing retainer plates. Can I fit the originally drum brake axle shafts, with the small spline brake dust cover/bearing retainer, into a large bearing disk rear?

 

The axle sticks for all 110mm bolt pattern big bearing rears are the same. (Same side to side, too)

However the bearing retainer and backing plates for big bearing are different than small bearing, and disk are different from drum.
