1981 rx7

i"ve got two bolts on my front rim that keeps spining and would not come out, it looks like the head of the bolt is striped and the bolt is all the way in. Any ideas on how to remove this easily.

thats one of the reason why I dont re-use the orig lug bolts. They fall apart into 2 pieces....
