I have to replace the lower quater panels on my 7. I was calling the local recyclers and can not find a 1979-80 model. They did have a 1982 and a 83 in the lot. but they said the quarter panels were different so it wouldnt work. I have looked at the rear quarter on the 82 the didnt look to different. in the area I needed just behind the wheel under the body line. Will that area work on the 80?

nope. Different rear bumper = different cuts and creases in the panel behind the rear wheels.
