205'ish max unless you want the tires to bubble. having strong sidewalls with a lower profile will really help your car stay stable in turns aswell.

Probably 205-60-14. This is the size the GSL-SE came with from the factory.

try lookin at the general exclaim uhp tires on tirerack.com they stick like glue in both wet and dry conditions. plus they look sick and come in many different sizes. 195's would work (theyd keep them from goin to low pro) one downside to the general's is that theyre $103 per tire.

Ditto. Falken Azenis RT-615s in 195/60R14. I paid $350 installed at America's Tire (ask them to match the online price of Discount Tire Direct, which they are part of).

The Falken Azenis tires are damn fine for the price. You really can't beat the price and performance. In fact, when Grassroots Motorsport magazine does track testing, these are consistently the best street tire performer, beating out tires twice as expensive. In theory, they wear out like race tires, but I put over 10K on a previous set and could not detect any significant wear, and now I have about 2500 miles on a new set (different car) and they still look great as far as wear goes.

And this is what they look like on GSL-SE rims...
