Question 13bRe cosmos in my 1st gen-help

I blew my 12a motor a few days ago. I found a 13b re cosmos engine for sale. I think it is a 1990 or 1991 engine. The guy wants $600. for it. i am thinking about putting it in my first gen. Making engine mounts for it should be no problem....but I need help with the following questions:
- What computer should I use....
- What flywheel should I use
- I am planning on using my 12 Tranny just for now- just to make the car mobile- In spring I will get a TII tranny. Will my pressure plate blot to the 13b re engine.
- Also the engine does not have a complete wiring harnest. It has been cut at the firewall.

I just want to get the car mobile for now...over winter i can upgrade......

Help

I don't think it can be done...

A Cosmo 13BRE into a first Gen? Yeah, like that's going to happen.

^^^ah that is funny. I am in the process of the swap, others such as people in this thread have already done it or already own one. Do your research it is similar to a T2 swap in many ways there are just small differences.

When are you palnning on doing this? What is your budget? I think that I might do a write up if there is enough interest. However there hasn't seemed to be so far. I am looking at a 10k price tag right now...just to give you an idea!
