13B Swap using stock ECU help

I have an S4 swap done into my FB now I need to wire the stock ECU to work. I have the complete engine harness installed and hooked to the ECU. I have one missing connector that I have to build a custom harness for. Its the largest connector to the ECU. The harness itself in a 2nd gen would run under the dash. My question is, what do I need to hook up and where?

I've already wired in the crankcase angle sensor, and the 2nd Gen Ignitors. What else do I need to wire up? Anyone have a detailed write up on this task?

Lightbulb S4 Turbo Wiring into GSL-SE

This should get you close--the info is for an S4 Turbo.

If you have a SPECIFIC question I could probably help you out--don't just ask how to wire the whole thing up.

Holy Christ. I thought it was alot more simplier. My brain grows every second I read!

I'd like to note that this is using a GSL-SE. I have an SA22. Its got some 84 parts on it, but most of the wiring is 79. Advantage: I can build my own wiring. Disadvantage: I have to build me own wiring.
