13B question

Thinking about buying another 7 (prolly FC) and was wondering if there is such a beast as a 13b 4 port FI?

There is a FI 4 port. Its called the TII engine. All turbo engines were 4 port instead of 6 port. And yes, they are beasts with the turbo. Without the turbo, they are likely useless. They have lower compression rotors.

There are numerous people who run decomp 13Bs, which is what folks call a turbo motor without the turbo. They do alright, but obviously not as good as a high comp N/A motor.

Why do you ask?

A 4 port S5 13BT has the lighter rotors and a 9.0 comp ratio.Standard comp for most N/A rotaries is about 9.4,not far off.
