Aaroncake has a good write on making a 6 port 13B to turbo not sure of the link but i think it is the 2nd gen section. Read it many times should be a great start for you.

Start searching the site for TII swap info, there is tons and tons of it.The question is asked 5 times a week.

The S4 swap is more straight forward, and since you have an SE,itll be even easier.
The S5 swap is a bit more complex, but its a smoother, more powerful engine.

Either one requires some custom wiring and a full knowledge of the 2nd gen EFI systems. If you retain the stock EFI,youll need to obtain all the individual components on the engine and under the hood,to keep the ECU happy. The other critical factor is the tranny. A TII trans should be considered mandetory, the TII makes twice as much torque as a 12A,and can easily be pumped up another 50%.....
