Question 13b Flywheel On 12a???

I am wondering if a 13b flywheel on a 12a motor will affect the rotor weight and balancing?
I have a new 13b clutch and pressure plate I am installing that don't fit on the 12a flywheel.
Please respond ASAP.
Thanks.

i assume the clutch and pressure plate is for a non-turbo 13b. all n/a rotaries past 83' have a 225mm clutch, before that they were 215mm. the only feasable way to use that clutch/pressure plate on your earlier 12a is to buy an aftermarket flywheel for a later model(83+) motor and use a counter weight that matches your year 12a.

Thats what I figured. The 12a is an 81 fit for the 215mm clutch.
I just wanted to check before I threw everything off balance.
Thanks.
