13B carbon locked twice

I'm lookin at buying a 13B, but what could be wrong with the engine if its been carbon locked twice? Is there a way to remove the oil injectors and premix, if this is the problem?

Did your grandma own the car? Pretty much driving it like a sally and ***** footing it will cause the carbon build up. You ARE burning oil.

They say........"A redline a day keeps the carbon away."
