Got a estimate of $1100.00 to build a 13B 4 port with 86 internals and a street port. Is this a good price and should i get anything else done on the rebuild? This will be going in my 80 right hand drive savanna.. Getting her ready for sevenstock..

Also: Anyone here done this swap? I got a bunch of questions..

just get some sound advice as to which year rotors are compatible with which year rotor housings. you mentioned that you're using '86 internals. are you using the rotor housings from '86-'88?

 

why 86 internals???

The 89-92 internals would be your best bet. The rotors are the lightest and have the highest compression ratio.

 

If I am not mistaken, you can use the 2nd gen rotors in the early (first gen) 13b housings.

Are you planning on using 12a side plates? What kind of intake?

Gonna use a side draft carb and racing beat street port exhaust.. will try and get the 89-92 internals..
