well I have a mikuni with 38 chokes on it. Carl and me just redid the fuel system. And it's runnning great. Iwas thinking about this mikuni system and is it big enough for the car. I also neeed to know the "recommended" fuel pressure for the Mikuni's. right now it's a steady 5 psi and drops to 4 when I get on it. ALSO. I need to know what kind of horsepower I'm looking at with a SP, Dellorto Manifold, Header to full exhaust, Electric fan, no emissions, and all the junk taken out of the engine bay. My Clutch is gone and I'm looking at getting a 6 puke copper clutch with a HD pressure plate. I know I can live with it as my street car. I just want to know the recommendations for 13b 4-ports.

The 38 chokes sound a little small but should work fine. I'm curious how you got your jets worked out, if you found a place for Mikuni jets stateside. As I recall, the Mikunis were popular for the 12A setups. As far as fuel pressure goes, turn it up until fuel drips into the venturis, then back it off 1-2 psi. If you're not draining the bowls at high revs, your pressure's fine.

10 + years ago I had a 13B Streetported 4 port w/Mikuni sidedraft and RB dual exhaust. If I recall- It was putting out 220-225 HP. Fuel was regulated to 4-4.5 psi. It was a great NA set-up. Someday I might drop another 13B SP in my current car. (I'd prob run a 4bbl though).
