Oh, thanks, I actually have never been there, usually if I can't find something in the regular section, I search. Now, I have a lot more reading to do, Thanks!

Those pics are long gone. The 12a ran really well, but I eventually replaced with it an old school 13b, street ported, weber 48DCO, and S5 turbo. I did a lot of auto cross with it and had one pass down the drag strip with a 14.00 at 103mph. I daily drove the 13b for about a year before the motor carbon locked on me because I never really bothered to truly tune it.

And yes I spanked my brothers SE (which I now own) quite a few times.

Now the I still have the turbo car which I am in the process of designing it into a dedicated race car for TTS class racing. All of the parts from that car have been put onto my brothers SE and I have been racing that in CSP auto cross and in the spring I am redoing the three link for a lotus link and will be moving into a street mod class (where I severely have my *** handed to me )

I still have a turbo car, but it's a second gen. So five years later this is what the little 12a project has lead to.

Check out this link for more pics http://s202.photobucket.com/albums/aa280/moremazda/

The second and third pages are all pics of my second gen. The first page is of a FD project that I have been working on.

It will be a FD motor in a FC. The pic is just the FD intake manifolds on a FC motor so that I could do all the fabrication. The motor that will be in there is being built by Glen Weaver of Arizona Rotary Rockets.

i ment to say since you can slot the stock fc mani to fit a 12a. Can a tubular mani from a fc be slotted to work on a 12a. ALso You dont have to boost prep side draft webers for boost?

12-15psi would be pushing it. But Zac at Intense Motorsports has pushed a stockport 12A alot farther. He would be the one to ask on the popping piont.

from working on a turbo capri i learned that boosted cars need lower compression. and the chance / cost of me getting 12at rotars is not likely. i am kinda torn TII swap, id deff have to rebuild the motor then all the problems of putting it in my car. or get a rebuilt 12a and cross my finger's. for me the 12a would be cheaper and easyer . this is my dd car during the summer and i dont need a insane amount of power. i guess when i have the cash to get a motor ill decied then.

All rotary motors have boost friendly compression, therefore if you are using the stock 12A high compression rotors you just use less boost to achieve the same results as a low comp rotor and higher boost
