I think one of the best sized turbos for the 12a is a TII turbo with the hybrd 60-1 compressor. It'll make enough power to run 11's and spools real fast. You can get a TII turbo, manifold, and wastegate used for around $300 and the new compressor mod is around $500-600. Or you could go with a t04b for $300 . It'll probably end up costing about the same. Since with the t04b you'll need a good manifold and wastegate which will probably cost about $500. You can use just about any intercooler you want. Just get the dimensions of it and make sure you've got the room to fit it up front. Just make sure the inlet size on the IC is the same as the turbo outlet. You can get most of the parts you need for a 12aT off of the forum or on ebay. There's no kit you can buy(unless you get lucky and find one of those weird old setups), you just have to do your research and piece together your own setup.

If you want a stock ECU setup, then you need the 12A Turbo Harness. I heard that any GSL-SE ECU will work. The 12A Turbo harness plugs into the GSL-SE ECU, then you just need 4 wires more plugged into the ECU from your FB harness and it should work.

Thats what I heard at least.

Or you can buy an Engine Management System. Might have to sell your genetals on the black market though.
