correct, me if I'm wrong but if i swap the two motors don't, I have to change or move the motor mounts and thats pretty much it? or is it more to it than that?

You will need to change the front cover with a GSL-SE front cover and also change the oil pan to a GSL-SE oil pan. The rest should be common sense. Start using the search function!
