12a Dual Distributor Engine in a Kit Car
Hi all,
So I am new to Rotary engines but I couldn't pass up this car. It's an extremely well built kit car with a dual distributor 12a. I think this motor came out of an early rx7 which is why I'm posting here. I've not been able to get it started, so thought I'd reach out for some help. Any idea where to start?

It turns over as if it wants to start but doesn't catch. I can get one of the spark tester tools and report back. The person I bought it from put a electric external pump on it and said that it ran. I'll try a bit of starter fluid to see if that works. Do you know what vehicles this engine came in?
