12A cold air intakes
Anyone try this?

Think its worth it?
I'm also curious if the guys who have installed custom cold air custom intakes have seen any improvements.

How is a new filter pan cover that is open to the hot, dirty air over the engine in any way a 'cold air intake'??
A CAI delivers COLD AIR to the intake manifold by isolating, not exposing, the filter element.

I have some type of generic oil type filter - its not a K&N and its not a green filter. Its fairly new, but when its time to change it, Ill put a real K&N in.
