12A Apex seal.

How hard is this to replace? I am quite mechanically inclined.
I bought the car for $25 as a donor for my project (a Locost 7).
the front rotor has a blown seal I was told, she still runs and drives, just really rough.

Another thing, would anyone have an extra one (or set) they would like to sell or trade?

I am selling all the sheet metal, glass, doors, etc of this 85 since I have no use for them. (check out classifieds section).

Generaly when an apex seal goes it will trash the houseing and the rotor. Also to do a rebuild you will need a full soft seal kit. nopistons.com has a real good rebuild section. you should go read it some.

No problem. You may want to get a Manual also. The ones Autozone sales have a section on rebuilding an engine and will show what is involved. Aslo Atking rotary has a video you can buy and watch with a How-to.
