I did some searching and didn't find anything

Anyone had any luck bolting in a set of front seats from an 02' WRX?
I ended up getting a stupid cheap set, and while my stock seats are in amazing shape I want to keep them that way

 

The problem is always with the passenger side. And the seats need to be LOW, especially if your tall.

fitting the Drivers side is simple, I just transferred the original seat bracket to my sport seats, which was as simple as re-drilling a single hole on each side.

The Pass side is a completely different story. The trans tunnel is wider on the pass side to clear the massive converter these cars come with. It is so big, that the design of the pass seat is different to clear it. Even if you use the factory bracket, the seat will be crooked.

But anything is possible.

 

I have a set of WRX Recaro seats in my '85. I just welded the FB sliders to them.
