Dude.... That is an awsome build!

One question though... Was there rear seats in your RX7?! I never knew they were 2+2

Its just the point that no where have I ever heard of or seen a 2nd row seat for a first gen. Well, you learn something new everyday! XD

wow, those Rotary wheels are pretty cool, I dig em, but I'll stick to my German Cross shaped stock wheels that came with my RX Did you do all your own painting? also do you sell those cool Decals? eventually I'd like to paint my RX black (flat) maybe with a white racing stripe. I have no experience in painting cars, or sandblasting etc. I'd get it painted but I don't want to trust some stranger with my baby! is it really difficult?

Hi guys

I still have a lot ahead, I have no interior or engine yet :p

7SpringsMisfit : I will install Honda Fit seats. Very comfy and modern (Im working on the rails right now)

DemonSpawn67: my car came with rear seats from factory

wanklenoob: The body work and paint was done at a local shop. I DO sell the emblems

eatmyclutch: what are you doing outside the lounge???? do you feel ok? are you lost? (j/k)

RXEVEN85: the sunroof install takes a lot of skills, I wouldnt be able to do it
If you go for it, its a mazda MX-3 sunroof

my car is probably going to be the same color when i repaint it *see pic* i can see how you think they wouldn't look good as well, but is there any way to make them really shiny? clean them up a bit and put on a clearcoat maybe?

great looking project!!!! good luck getting someone to ship the wheels to the states. i've wanted a set for nearly 10 years. no luck here. i've had 22 rx-7 in my life time and have worked on four times that many and have never laid eyes on a set of the rotor shaped wheels. guess some things were better left to countries other than the states.

Hi guys

The rotor wheels are actually made of aluminum and painted silver.

I stripped the paint from one and started polishing it.

Took me a whole day just to get a semi-shiny look. Probably will take a lot LOT more to get it to really shine.

Im considering sending them to a shop to get them polished

mazdaverx713b: shipping would probably be expensive, but you could get a set from my country

I know a guy selling a set for like 60 bucks each with shitty tires

Shipping would be killer... but if someone really really really wants them...

no centercaps on them... that sucks

Hi there.

the wheels are mazda. the came on the european model, but I´ve seen a lot of mazda pics from Australia of cars sporting this wheels.

You should be able to find a set locally.

They are rare. Its a shame they are 13 inches

I dig the original paint color. Do you happen to know what it was called, by any chance?
