What type of exhaust pipe diameter is recommended?

My goals for this summer is simply full exhaust, carb, and body work.

I am entertaining the thought of a half-bridge ported 12a or ATLEST a mild streetported 12a for next spring/summer.

Something tells me 2.25" is healthy, but something else tells me to go with 2.5". I don't want to choke it up if I decide to do the half-bridge.

Generally 2.5 inch piping is what I've read works best.

If your going to port either go with a medium streetport on the primaries and an aggressive streetport on the secondaries or go full bridge. You probably won't be happy with a mild streetport.

I doubt you'll have much rubbing issues with those wheels. The GSL-SE came with 14 inch wheels. Although I would recommend going with wider tires in the front. I ran a staggered tire setup for a while and it made the car very twitchy at turn in. Made me nervous, which meant I spent more time being overly careful instead of enjoying the car. Those wheels looks great too.
