I did the same thing, only I never even got to drive my FC. It was just a total wiring disaster.

yeah exactly right, my wives exhusband says that all the time and i wanna kick him in his nutts i dont know if he is that stupid ( hes pretty out there) or if he does it to **** me off.

I had a co-worker who had a 280 Z, and he would always park with me. One day another co-worker commented on how we both drive Z's! Long story short....I don't work there anymore

When you buy rotary powered vehicles to tide you over until you finally finish your FB. I've bought an FC and now an rx8, and all I can think is, "Only so much longer until I finally have my FB done."

 

When you decide to buy the new RB SP exhaust instead of paying your taxes.

 

When you go and work on your 7 in a shed that is 45 degrees celsius for hours, probably lose 4Lb's from sweating so much but still do it anyway

 

When your girlfriend hates your 7 as much-if not more- than you love it!!

When you miss a movie date because your car is undriveable because the oil cooler you were installing broke.

 

You visit it in the garage in the winter (just stare at it for 10 minutes)

 

You get bored and start painting the car w/ spray paint because it didnt match to begin with...

 

You drive 3 hours to trade your perfectly good FC for an SA with 68k miles on it and a hatch full of extra goodies, only to take 5 1/2 hours to get home because you enjoyed it so much

 

Everynight you curse yourself to sleep for buying that damn moneypit and wasting all you life and blood into that little terror.

And every morning you wake up saying, "I know just what I want to do to that lovekt little rotary!"

+1 on the losing your tools part.. though it happened with a gas cap and a 10mm wrench... ^.^;;;

 

When you feel better than a brand new Vette because you have pop up lights and they don't.

 

When your husband claims she's possessed because the first time he rode in her we turned a corner and the back tire passed us!! LOL
(it flew off because the lugs came loose in the cap and the shop down the road told me it was just the grease cap rattling around in the rim....it had covers and I just bought the car, no key for the rims)

 

when "4x110" has a permanant home in your search bar.

when you're afraid to turn your car off while you run into 7-eleven for quarters for the air pump because you're not sure if it will start again.

 

when you are not offended by a Hyundai Accent having more horsepower than your car.
