Where do I get these, and all the plastic screw inserts and stuff

 

I'm not sure if you attempted to post a picture but I don't see it on my end. Knowing what plastic inserts you are talking about would help us help you.

 

yes all of them window trim quarter trim all the ones for like fenders wheels and stuff and for the bumper hold down things

 

As in any and all the plastic retainers on the car? Most of them I would imagine are no longer available. Some (and I can't say which) probably are still out there, although you'd need to be a bit more specific for anyone to help you with that.

I'm actually in the process of developing new SA bumper trim retaining clips and finally have some on my vehicle being tested. Other than situations like that they're likely NLA, and used/NOS are the only option.
