Yep, the first 6 holes I drilled were for the back of the wing. I screwed that part in last though. It's definitely snug. That looks really good to. I like how you have your wing black to contrast the silver.

Looks great! Very clean lines. how did you smooth the screw that you put into the tips?

Thanks! I ground down the outer edges with a dremel and then used bondo to smooth out the rest. Under really close inspection you can still see the small bump where the screw is, but I didn't want to ground down too much of the screw and risk the structural integrity.
