As in, won't even return calls from their vendor.

The first time I mentioned RE-Speed, I said respeed. Felt like an *** when I was corrected. Although I've always been a pretty good reader, my grammar and spelling have always been great, I still manage to screw up pronunciation.

I know what you mean, once, during a presentation I was so nervous I glanced at my notes and accidently said " scene- a - rio " instead of scenario. I felt like such a fool..........
