Spark plugs

I have an 83 rx7 with 70k miles and the plugs are probably still stock so What should I replace them with? My haynes manual recommends w22eb plugs but those arent available in my area.

Br8eq14 NGK

Go to a parts store and ask for a 2329 NGK.
